This Disclaimer (the “Document”) explains the nature of the information published on the website chilekids.me (the “Website”) and the limits of the Website owners’ liability for its use.

Referred to below jointly as the “Website Owners”, “we” or “us”. “You” means any person who views the Website or sends us an enquiry through it.
This Document is not a contract and creates no obligations for either party. The terms on which services are provided are set out in a separate written agreement. If this Document conflicts with an agreement concluded with you, the agreement prevails.
The Website provides information about our services in supporting immigration procedures in the Republic of Chile and the related programmes and services, and it allows you to send us an enquiry.
All information on the Website is general, reference and promotional in nature. It is not, and must not be relied on as:

Granting a visa, temporary residence, permanent residence or citizenship of the Republic of Chile, any other immigration status, and the issuance of documents, fall within the exclusive competence of the state authorities of Chile and of other states.
The Website Owners are not a state authority, do not influence its decisions and do not guarantee that any status, permit or document will be granted.
Processing times, document lists and requirements shown on the Website are indicative: they reflect practice as at the date of publication and may be changed by the authorities at any time, including with effect for applications already filed.
A refusal by a state authority, a suspension of proceedings, or a change in law or administrative practice does not constitute a breach by the Website Owners. Settlement in such cases is governed by the agreement concluded with you.
From 1 April 2026 the rules on acquiring citizenship of the Republic of Chile by birth on its territory have changed. Materials on the Website, blog posts and third-party publications describing the previous rules may have become outdated since they were published and must not be used as a basis for taking decisions.
The current conditions of any programme are confirmed individually as at the date of your enquiry. If you see material on the Website that contradicts the current law of the Republic of Chile, write to info@waveris.co — we will check it and correct it.
The Website Owners are not a medical organisation, do not provide medical care and do not carry out medical activities.
Clinics, doctors, laboratories, biomaterial banks, insurers, carriers, landlords and other service providers mentioned on the Website are independent parties. You enter into a contract for their services directly with them, and they are responsible for the quality and outcome of those services.
Medical information published on the Website is provided for reference and does not replace a consultation with a doctor. Any decision on medical intervention is taken by you together with your treating physician.
Prices, fees, timeframes and the content of programmes shown on the Website are valid as at the date of publication, are provided for information and may change.
State duties and fees and the cost of medical, notarial, translation and consular services are set by third parties and are not included in the cost of our services unless the agreement expressly states otherwise. The final price and timeframes are fixed in the agreement.
We aim to keep the Website up to date, but we do not warrant that the information is complete, accurate or current at any given moment. Individual materials may have become outdated since publication.
We may change, supplement or remove any Website materials, and suspend access to the Website, at any time and without prior notice.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services: state authorities, clinics, partners, mapping, analytics and advertising services.
Those websites and services do not belong to us and are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms of use or the way they process your data. You follow an external link at your own decision; we recommend reading the documents of the relevant website.
The presence of a link does not mean that we endorse the content of the third-party resource or recommend its services.
The texts, photographs, videos, graphics, structure and design of the Website are protected by law. Exclusive rights to them belong to the Website Owners or are used by the Website Owners with the permission of the rights holders.

The Website is available in Russian and English. The translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Russian version of this Document prevails.
Relations connected with the use of the Website and with the activities of the Russian Website Owner are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled through negotiation; failing agreement, in court in accordance with Russian law. A consumer may bring a claim under the venue rules of the Russian Federation Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
Relations connected with the activities of CHILE HOME SPA in the Republic of Chile are governed by the law of the Republic of Chile, and disputes are heard by the courts of the Republic of Chile.
Governing-law and jurisdiction clauses of a specific agreement prevail over this section.
We may amend this Document. The current version is always published on this page; the version number and date appear at the top. Continued use of the Website after a new version is published means that you have been made aware of it.
