CONCIERGE SERVICE

For your convenience, we have created a concierge service to address your inquiries, including any unconventional ones, upon your arrival for childbirth in Chile.

How it works:

  • The Online Concierge Service operates from 9:00 to 18:00 in Chile (handling inquiries related to accommodation, internet, mobile communication, cell phone registration, purchasing goods for newborns, booking excursions, restaurants, photoshoots, and adding the newborn to the ticket).
  • The service is available to the direct client under contract (the expectant mother), her spouse, and children.
  • The cost of the service is $360 per month. Payment is taken on a monthly basis, but in the event of departure, it can be extended proportionally to the remaining days.

WHAT DOES THE CONCIERGE SERVICE DO?:

Accommodation inquiries:
Internet and mobile communication inquiries, and account top-up:
Water delivery inquiries:

We assist in communicating with the landlord/realtor/cleaning service/maintenance worker if there is a need for repairs.

We book the barbecue area, laundry room, and schedule access to the pool, sauna, in your condominium.

We provide consultation regarding heating systems if the apartment is equipped with heating.

We offer guidance on laundry-related matters and assist with topping up the account if the condominium has a card payment system for laundry and drying services.

  • We assist in obtaining and setting up a SIM card upon arrival.
  • We provide consultation and instructions on how to top up your balance, purchase mobile internet data, and minutes. If you’re unable to do it yourself, we’ll assist you.
  • We register your devices in Chile to prevent blocking, as all foreign phones are blocked by IMEI after 30 days of stay in Chile.
  • We organize and coordinate the delivery of drinking water to your home.
Inquiries regarding newborn products:
Leisure, beauty, and health organization inquiries:
We assist with adding the newborn to the return ticket and ordering an additional bassinet, even if the tickets were not purchased through our agency.
  • We provide consultation on choosing newborn products, sending links and photos of items.
  • We advise on addresses and links to stores for purchasing newborn products, such as strollers, cribs, playpens, car seats, and baby cocoons. If these items are not available in offline stores or if purchase is impossible without a Chilean RUT number or if payment is only accepted through Chilean cards (after payment, goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable).
  • For assistance in purchasing other items, we recommend a Russian-speaking buyer in Chile.
  • We schedule excursions and photo sessions from the provided list upon arrival.
  • We recommend sports activities and gym facilities. For children under 18, we suggest leisure and sports activities, as well as provide a list of daycare centers and schools.
  • We recommend restaurants and make table reservations for convenient times.
  • We book appointments at salons for cosmetic procedures, massages, and osteopathy, where online booking is available.
  • We arrange tickets for concerts, shows, and events that can only be purchased with a Chilean card (after payment, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable).
  • We schedule appointments with dentists and doctors not included in the accompanying package.

Please take note of what the online concierge service does not handle:

  • Questions regarding sending letters, parcels, freight, and import/export.
  • Legal, accounting, tax, immigration, and customs matters.
  • Organizing business meetings or translations unrelated to concierge service.
  • Providing services for relatives or friends of the immediate client (expectant mother), except for her spouse and children.
  • Ordering, paying for, and delivering groceries, food, household chemicals, medications, etc., as well as clothing and goods not related to concierge service (we recommend offline supermarkets, shopping malls, pharmacies, Russian-speaking buyers in Chile, as well as ordering and delivery apps).
  • Ordering goods requiring delivery from outside Chile or purchasing without prepayment.
  • Exchange and return of purchased or ordered goods.
  • Other services not listed in the concierge service specification.
